  1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, complete check-in procedures, and provide them with all necessary information. Process check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and a positive departure experience.
  2. Answering Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone, regarding reservations, hotel services, local attractions, and more.
  3. Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when processing payments and room charges.
  4. Maintaining Lobby Appearance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming and presentable atmosphere for guests.
  5. Security and Safety: Maintain security by following hotel procedures and ensuring the safety of guests, their belongings, and the premises.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing guest records.
