  • Answering Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone, regarding reservations, hotel services, local attractions, and more.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when processing payments and room charges.
  • Maintaining Lobby Appearance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming and presentable atmosphere for guests.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security by following hotel procedures and ensuring the safety of guests, their belongings, and the premises.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing guest records.
