Martinhal is a school. When I joined it was just Martinhal Sagres, so I'm part of the team that saw Martinhal grow. I started out as a reservations agent and worked my way up through supervisor, and today I'm leading the reservations team.

I started as an intern in 2013 and I have worked in several of Martinhal’s entities. It was a process of evolution and learning. I had the opportunity to open Martinhal Cascais - it was a great challenge, but in turn very enriching and made me grow a lot, both personally and professionally.

Martinhal has a pleasant, welcoming and familiar atmosphere, both for customers and for the people who work here.

I have had immense flexibility in many aspects of my personal life. After having a baby, the challenge has been immense, so Martinhal has been a great place to work.

The opening of Martinhal Sagres created many new jobs in the area, bringing many tourists and raising awareness about the beauty and culture of Sagres.
