Our Front Office teams represent the Martinhal brand and lifestyle in every interaction with our guests. They work together to create memorable experiences, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout each guest’s stay.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or experience in 4 and 5-star hotels;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Professional appearance and attitude;
• Good computer skills;
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility;
• Flexibility with working schedules.
