We Are Looking For: Duty Manager (M/F)

The excellence of our guest experience depends on the seamless coordination of the resort’s entire operation. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of various departments, ensuring high service standards, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to memorable experiences for both guests and employees.

We are looking for a professional with strong leadership skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a passion for operational excellence, capable of making effective decisions in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management or supervisory roles;
• Good command of the English language;
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to adapt and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of all Resort departments;
• Monitor daily operations and maintain high standards of service quality;
• Identify, analyse, and resolve operational issues that may affect guests or employees;
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints;
• Conduct regular inspections throughout the Resort;
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards;
• Work closely with department heads to ensure an efficient and coordinated operation.
