Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

The Martinhal Group is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across its growing portfolio of luxury hospitality, branded residences and lifestyle ventures in Lisbon and the Algarve.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a high-impact role focused on brand growth, pre-openings, international PR and premium campaign execution across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategy across the portfolio, aligning brand positioning, commercial priorities and guest experience.
• Drive campaigns for existing properties and new openings in the hotel and education sectors, including partnerships, activations, events and influencer programmes.
• Own pre-opening marketing activity, including launch planning, PR, digital presence and sales enablement.
• Oversee creative development across content, photography, video and brand communications.
• Lead relationships with designated PR agencies, media partners and tourism and education stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior team members while working closely with cross-functional leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years’ marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or multi-property hotel groups.
• Strong understanding of the luxury Portuguese hotel and tourism market.
• Proven experience with hotel pre-openings, launches or rebrands.
• Strong digital marketing, content and social media expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
