We are looking for: Receptionist – Front Office

Our Front Office teams represent the Martinhal brand and lifestyle in every guest interaction, working together to create the ideal experience for each guest. These talented professionals get to know and understand our guests, and through their outstanding commitment and dedication, they ensure an exceptional stay while helping guests make the most of their experience with us.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree or training in Hospitality/Tourism, or previous experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office; knowledge of HOST (PMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and responsible approach.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
