Groups & Events Coordinator (M/F)

We are looking for: Groups & Events Coordinator (M/F), responsible for managing group and event requests, coordinating all associated logistics, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the first contact through to the completion of the service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting (networking, databases, referrals)
• Manage group and event inquiries
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate reservations, availability, and room allocation
• Liaise with different internal departments to ensure flawless execution
• Manage client communication before, during, and after the event
• Support site inspections, group arrangements, and events
• Monitor deadlines, special requests, and operational requirements
• Keep all group and event pipeline information up to date
• Ensure high service standards and timely responses to clients
• Support invoicing, reporting, and final event closure

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in events, groups, hospitality, and reservations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Host PMS (preferred)
• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
