We are looking for: Executive Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly dynamic and results-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support Management in the daily running of the property and the coordination of operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence across all departments, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Management in the daily operational management of the property, ensuring consistent execution aligned with excellence standards
• Coordinate and supervise the different operational departments, with a particular focus on F&B
• Monitor the guest experience across all touchpoints, proactively intervening to exceed expectations
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and service best practices
• Analyse operational and financial indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
• Control costs and optimise human and material resources, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and service quality
• Act as a liaison between departments, promoting collaboration, operational consistency, and smooth service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Degree in Management, Hospitality/Tourism, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality (4 or 5-star hotels)
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong organisational, planning, and team management skills
• Results-oriented mindset with cost control focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and strong focus on guest experience
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and hotel PMS systems
• Adaptability, resilience, and decision-making ability
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential
