We are looking for: Executive Housekeeper (M/F)

The Housekeeping Department plays a key role in the guest experience, ensuring high standards of quality, comfort, and cleanliness across all areas of the resort. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and demanding professional who can effectively lead the team and ensure compliance with brand standards, contributing to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping teams;
  • Ensure cleaning standards, quality and presentation of all areas;
  • Organize and monitor the daily operation of the department;
  • Manage stock levels, equipment, and operational needs;
  • Lead, train and motivate the team;
  • Ensure coordination with other departments.

 

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury or 5-star hotel units;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service quality;
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
