We Are Hiring: Bell Attendant (M/F)

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle, transport, and organise guests’ luggage
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Support the management of the lobby and assist with guests’ requests
• Work closely with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Availability to work rotating shifts
