We are looking for: Waiter/Waitress

Our F&B department creates stunning and unforgettable moments that make our guests feel truly special. The Martinhal F&B team is made up of people-oriented storytellers whose attention to detail and passion for service drive them to create fantastic dining experiences. Whether working behind the scenes as artisans and creators or directly interacting with guests, everyone’s contribution is valued, and teamwork is at the heart of creating unforgettable memories for all our guests. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Table service techniques;
  • Communication and guest service techniques applied to restaurant service;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and POS Systems;
  • Knowledge of food products and ingredients;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in equivalent category hotel units (5*) or signature restaurants/bars;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages, including industry-specific vocabulary.
