We are looking for: Restaurant Supervisor – F&B

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Customer orientation;
Leadership skills;
Dynamic and proactive;
Flexible working hours;
HACCP knowledge and training;
Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotels of the same category (5*) or in signature restaurants/bars;
Knowledge of foreign languages – with application of industry-specific vocabulary;

Relevant Functions:

Ensures that all the services provided in the restaurants and bars comply with the Group’s standards of service and excellence.
Collaborates with his/her team, provides support whenever necessary and maintains good working relationships.
