Relevant Functions

  • Ensures that all the services provided in the restaurants and bars comply with the Group’s standards of service and excellence.
  • Collaborates with his/her team, provides support whenever necessary and maintains good working relationships.

  • HACCP knowledge and training;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotels of the same category (5*) or in signature restaurants/bars;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages – with application of industry-specific vocabulary;
