Martinhal, one of Portugal’s leading luxury lifestyle groups, is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to shape and elevate the digital voice of its brands.

Location: Lisbon Head Office (Hybrid) – with flexibility to travel across Martinhal resorts in Portugal to capture on-site stunnng content.

The Role

At the heart of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with marketing and operations to create, produce and manage social media content that reflects Martinhal’s luxury positioning while driving engagement and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media strategy, content creation and performance optimisation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms;
• Photo, video and graphic production, including on-site content capture at resorts and F&B outlets;
• Organic and paid campaigns to drive awareness and bookings;
• Community management and monthly performance reporting.

What You Bring

• Experience in luxury, travel, lifestyle or gastronomy brand social media, with strong Instagram and TikTok focus;
• Photography, videography and editing skills (Adobe, Canva, CapCut) + Meta Ads knowledge;
• Understanding of social algorithms, analytics and trends;
• Fluent English, autonomous working style, flexibility to travel;
• Portfolio required.
