Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience of supervising or coordinating housekeeping teams, preferably in the hotel sector;
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping practices and techniques, including chemicals and equipment;
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment;
• Proven ability to deal with adverse situations and resolve problems effectively and quickly;
• Flexible working hours, including availability to work shifts and weekends as required;
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
