Housekeeping Assistant Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager (M/F) to join one of our properties, playing a key role in coordinating Housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the room attendants, public areas teams and their respective supervisors;
• Support the day-to-day management of Housekeeping and Laundry operations;
• Ensure compliance with established quality, service and hygiene standards;
• Guide and support the teams, promoting efficient work organisation;
• Assist in managing daily operations and resolving day-to-day Housekeeping issues;
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with other hotel departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry;
• Good command of English;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Proven leadership and team management skills;
• A team player with excellent communication skills;
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented;
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional service.
