We are looking for: Warehouse Assistant (Purchasing Department)

Main responsibilities:
– Receiving goods and ensuring compliance with procedures;
– Storing products and preparing orders for different departments;
– Entering invoices into the stock management system;
– Supplying products to other sections, meeting requisition deadlines;
– Daily communication with the Purchasing Manager and colleagues from the Group’s finance department;

Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Computer literacy at user level, particularly Microsoft Office tools;
– Knowledge of ERP Primavera or similar (preferred);
– Immediate availability;
– Driving licence.

Other skills: Autonomy, proactivity, sense of responsibility, professional ethics, organizational and planning skills.
