We are looking for: Sous Pastry Chef – Kitchen

Whether they are behind the scenes as artisans and creators or in direct contact with customers, everyone’s efforts are felt and they work as a team to create outstanding memories for our guests.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Solid training in pastry and experience as a 1st Pastry Cook or Demi-Chef
• Genuine passion for the art of pastry and a constant curiosity to refine techniques
• Strong aesthetic sense and focus on balancing flavour, texture, and presentation
• Ability to work well in a team and a collaborative spirit
• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding yet inspiring environment
• Commitment to the values of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
