These professionals contribute daily to providing a practical, comfortable, and memorable experience for our guests by delivering efficient, organized service aligned with the high standards of the resort.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in similar roles (preferably in hospitality, premium retail, or supermarkets);
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English (valued);
• Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to quality;
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude;
• Good knowledge of IT and billing systems (preferred);
• Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Flexibility with working hours.
