Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Technical training in Culinary Arts / Pastry;
• Professional experience: 1–2 years in similar roles;
• Techniques for preparing pastry and bakery products;
• Techniques for preparing confectionery and ice cream products;
• Plating and decoration techniques;
• Organization of pastry operations;
• Basic knowledge of food microbiology;
• Food preservation techniques;
• Food safety and hygiene – Basic knowledge of self-control procedures and HACCP Good Practice Codes.
