We are looking for: Maintenance Technician – Specialized in Masonry (M/F)

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the structures and finishes across our wide portfolio of hotel rooms, houses, and villas in different locations, we take pride in having an enthusiastic and skilled team that cares for Martinhal as if it were their own home.

This professional will play a key role in carrying out masonry work, plastering, installation of coverings, and minor structural repairs, ensuring both the aesthetic and functional quality of the spaces. The excellence of the service we provide is strengthened by teamwork and the technical expertise that each team member brings to the performance of their duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in masonry roles;
• Solid knowledge of bricklaying, plastering, tile installation, and other finishes;
• Ability to carry out repairs and general construction maintenance work;
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Team spirit;
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
