We are looking for: Pool Attendant – F&B

Our Food & Beverage department composes beautiful, unforgettable moments that make our guests feel special. The Martinhal F&B team is made of people-oriented storytellers, whose attention to detail and spirit to serve motivates them to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Whether they are the artisans and creators, behind the scenes, or serving our clients directly, everyone’s efforts are felt, and work in unison to create outstanding memories for our guests. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• Attendance, responsibility and sense of duty;  
• Dynamic and proactive;  
• A passion for luxury hospitality and customer service;  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;  
• Basic knowledge of English – Portuguese language is mandatory;  
• Physical strength;  
• Availability to work rotating hours. 

In this role you will: 

• Prepare the swimming pool areas;  
• Providing excellent service to guests;  
• General maintenance (cleaning and tidying) of the areas;  
• Towel replacement;  
• Serving food and drinks at the table.
