Relevant Functions:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our brand-new hotel. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our hotel’s financial records and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.
Relevant Functions:
• Conduct nightly audits of the hotel’s financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile and balance accounts, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
• Assist with any other duties or special projects as assigned by the management team.

Desired Profile:
• Specialized Professional Training and/or Degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism and/or experience in the Hospitality area of 4 and 5* minimum 2 years.
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in English (elimination factor) – Other foreign languages will be valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• A humble, positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good knowledge of computers (Office) and PMS Software from the user’s perspective (Protel preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
