Maintenance Technician
Martinhal Group has in Martinhal Residences a new project of excellence.

Job Objective:
– Collaborate in the maintenance and repair of all equipment and infrastructure of the Hotel/Residences.

Desired Profile:
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate in all repair and maintenance activities, working on a multi-skilled basis.
– Collaborate in the control of daily energy consumption
– Check the list of daily work orders in the maintenance management program and properly record the service, labor time and stock material used
Requirements:
– General knowledge in the various areas of maintenance of large buildings (electricity, air conditioning, hydraulics, fire safety, centralized technical management, electromechanical systems, painting, civil construction and woodwork)
– Previous professional experience in the area of hotel building maintenance will be valued
– Ability to work in a team, motivation to learn
– Responsibility and proactivity
– Apply preventive and corrective measures to ensure that all technical and safety systems are working properly
– Appetite for teamwork
– Flexible schedule (availability to work shifts)
– Collaborate for customer satisfaction, ensuring safety within the premises of the Hotel
